Billing & Pricing

Payments Accepted

  • Cash, Checks, All Major Credit Cards, and Mobile Payment are all acceptable forms of payment. 

  • Please mail all checks payable to 311 Brand LLC, If a check is not left at the time of service.  

  • A service charge of $25 will be added to all NSF Checks.

  • Declined cards and unpaid balances (within 30 days) will incur a service charge of $25.

  • If customer requests changes to service that differs from original estimate, additional charges will be billed or a new estimate may be required.

  • All Mobile Payment Service info, click links below it will direct you to payment pages. 

Cancellation Policy

  • We require 24-hour notice for reschedules or cancellations. 

  • Our cleaning hours are from 7am to 6pm. If for any circumstance our staff is sent away or locked out from your home between these hours, there will be a cancellation fee of $25.

  • We will make every effort to work within time frames requested, but ask not to be sent away during our working hours.

  • We will make every attempt to reschedule company initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions as close to regular scheduled cleaning date as possible.

 

(Exceptions can be made when customer or household member is ill and must remain in the home and similar emergencies, or for first-time cancellations.)

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a portion of your cleaning, let us know within 24-hours and we will send a crew back to your home to redo that area.

FAQ

  • Can you provide a estimate over the phone?
    We Can, but not recommended! An estimate over the phone is almost never close. We are unable to see the sq ft., the amount of cleaning needed. We always recommend our free walk-thru estimate. This will give you the most accurate estimate we can provide. We also provide zoom estimates if in person estimates are not available.
  • Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?
    we do prefer that you are not home so that we are not each others way however, if you are going to be home we just ask that when we are in an area working you are in a different area until we are finished so we can give you the best clean.
  • How would I let the cleaning team in my house?
    Most clients provide us with a spare key/entry code or if you are home you can let us in when we arrive to your home.
  • Is your company insured & bonded?
    Yes! 311 Brand LLC is Licensed insured & bonded.
  • Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?
    Yes, make sure all personal belonging that you would not want to be touched or left out should be put away prior to cleaners arriving. Outside of that only prep would be something discussed within your free walk through estimate.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning service?
    We accept all forms of payment. See our info page below for detail payment options. 311clean.com/info
  • I Have animals, will that be ok?
    Yes, having pets are not a problem. We typically ask for pets to be put away or put in a area were they are not in the same area's we are cleaning in.
  • How often will you clean my home?
    We can clean your home as frequent as you would like. We offer Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Service. Schedule an appointment with us or online.
